Cancellation policy

We understand life happens and events happen out of our control sometimes. 

However, if a grooming appointment is cancelled either online or via txt with less than 24 hours a $20 cancellation fee will be payable at the time of the next groom. 

If you simply fail to turn up with no notification there will be a $40 fee payable at the time of the next groom. 

If you need to reshedule giving more than 24 hours notice there will be no fee payable.
